MLB season not over yet.

The good...The Cubs are in.

The bad...The Padres pooped all over themselves (by losing both on Saturday and on Sunday) and now must play a one game playoff against the Rockies tonight. Peavy is going for the Padres but the game is at Coors Field...so one never knows what could happen there.

Good news for the Padres: the Rockies starting pitcher is (former Pirate) Josh Fogg.

Wow. Sorry about the outcome, Dux. That was one hell of an entertaining baseball game though. And the Rockies finishing the season 14-1 or whatever it was just to force a playoff to get into the playoffs was pretty extraordinary. One sidenote: how do you feel about stats from tonight's game counting towards players' season stats? I sort of don't like it.
